    Christmas meal to those who live with HIV, cancer, renal disease, cardiovascular disease or other life-threatening conditions.
  • Project Harvest:

    Provides gift cards to those who need help purchasing groceries for their holiday meal. Sign up begins around November 1st and is on a first-come, first-served basis. You must call between 10am – 3pm, Tuesday through Friday, to be placed on the list.

Toy Assistance/Christmas Baskets:

  • Community Action Center: Several locations around the city and county.   • Providence Baptist Church Emergency Food: 1401 Pennsylvania Avenue, Baltimore, MD, 21217. Holiday gift baskets, toys, hot meals, and other assistance is offered. Programs available at Thanksgiving and Christmas. (410-523-7000)
  • Ray of Hope Baptist Church: 3000 Parkside Drive, Baltimore, MD, 21214 Christmas baskets and meals are offered. (410-563-2278)
  • Homestead UMC Service Center: 1500 Gorsuch Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21218 Harvey of Plenty will provide free food baskets to individuals/families who are eligible for entitlement benefits. (410-243-4419)
  • Bea Gaddy Family Center: 425 N. Chester St. Baltimore, MD 21231
    To register, you must walk into the office between 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., Monday through Friday. You’ll need Maryland ID and your children’s birth certificates. Registration begins September 1st and continues until the list is filled!
  • New Psalmist Baptist Church: Food baskets and toys for children ages 18 and under. Eligible families must reside in Baltimore City or County. You must have at least one child or one senior (age 60+) or one dependent/disabled adult in the home to qualify. Call 211 to be screened for eligibility and registration for this program
